Frank
McComb back in studio to record 3rd album
Sultry
soul singer Frank McComb is back
in the studio again. The Cleveland, Ohio born suprano will follow
up his 2000 Columbia release 'Love Stories'
with not one but two albums according to reports. The first involves
a producer in the spotlight at the moment in Steve
Harvey who's getting high marks and praise for his work
on Atlanta newcomer Donnie's 'The
Colored Session' LP.
Also collaborating
on the project is former Rufus
player Bobby Watson who will play
bass and of course Frank playing keyboards.. Additional guests will
be invited to play on individual tracks, including veteran vocalist
Billy Preston. The set is to be
the first project released independently by Scotland Yard Productions.
No title has been announced for the album but as always I will
keep you posted when it becomes available.

- UPDATE:
Dwele's 'Rize' now available online
UPDATE
- While browsing the internet I came across something great. For months
I've been raving about Detroit singer/songwriter Andwele
Gardner aka Dwele and
that his debut release from 98 'Rize' was
not available to buy but hold on a sec, there is a site that I came
across that does have it and not for a bad price either.
The site is called
hiphopsite.com and
if you're a hip hop lover or a fan of hip hop then you are truly at
home with this site. Everyone who's anyone is here from the famous
to the noncalent and more. So if you want the Dwele disc then give
them a visit (you won't be disappointed)
