B2K
calls it quits - sites 'indifferences' as the reason
Barely
less than a week old and already 2004 has seen it's first casualty
in the music entertainment industry. It comes in the form of a
major break up of one of R&B's most popular young groups.
After being together for six years, the members of pop R&B
group B2K have gone their
separate ways. The group consisting of Omarion,
Lil Fizz, J-Boog
and Raz released three albums,
a couple of EPs and a soundtrack all through Sony's Epic label
and now look to go it alone. The reason reportedly being disagreements
between each other.
The manager of the group, Chris Stokes
will continue to manage Omarion under his management agency The
Ultimate Group (T.U.G) while the three remaining members will
be managed by CMX.
"We've had a great run
together making hit songs, albums and now movies," quotes
Stokes "The kids are growing up and are interested in pursing
their own careers. I have enormous respect for each of them, and
I wish them success in their pursuit of their individual careers.
B2K was an extremely talented singing group that will surely be
missed."
